Blackjack Coach is a free tool for practicing blackjack basic strategy. It is not a real-money gambling app — all chips and bankroll are simulated and have no monetary value. This policy explains what data the app handles.
There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no trackers. All of your gameplay data stays on your device. The only time anything leaves your device is if you choose to use the in-app feedback form — that sends your message to the developer so it can be read and answered.
The app saves the following in your browser/app local storage so your progress persists between sessions. It never leaves your device:
Blackjack Coach has an optional in-app feedback form. If you use it, your message — and your email address, only if you choose to enter one — is sent over HTTPS to Web3Forms, a form-to-email service that delivers it to the developer. A short technical note (your current game rules and browser/device type) is included to help diagnose bug reports. This is used only to read and respond to your feedback. It is never sold, shared for advertising, or used to track you. If you don't use the form, nothing is sent.
On-device data (settings, bankroll, stats, hand log): erase it anytime from Settings → Reset to defaults, by clearing the app's storage/site data, or by uninstalling the app.
Feedback you've sent: request its deletion at blackjack.chasecrawford.dev/data-deletion or by emailing the address below. We'll delete it and confirm.
Blackjack Coach contains simulated gambling (blackjack) and is intended for adults. It is not directed to children.
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the app means you accept the current version.
